If you're looking to enhance your trading strategy, the Stochastic indicator is a fantastic tool to consider. This indicator utilizes data from three different Stochastic indicators to pinpoint potential entry points, ensuring you're in the right place at the right time.

  • Slow Stochastic: Default period is 700.
  • Medium Stochastic: Default period is 120.
  • Fast Stochastic: Default period is 30.

The magic happens when all three indicators land in the overbought or oversold zones simultaneously. When that happens, you’ll see a signal—a corresponding arrow will be drawn right on your chart. For the default area sizes, we’re looking at 10 for slow and medium, and 5 for fast. This means that if the Stochastic value exceeds 90, it'll trigger a sell signal, while a value below 10 indicates a buy signal.
