The Hilbert Oscillator Indicator, crafted by John Ehlers in his book Rocket Science For Traders, is a powerful tool for every trader's arsenal.
This nifty indicator shines when it comes to spotting major turning points in the market. When the blue line crosses above the red line, it signals that the stock is gearing up for an uptrend. Conversely, if the blue line dips below the red line, brace yourself for a downtrend. What’s more, the MetaTrader 5 version takes it a step further by providing instant buy and sell signals through the zero line. Simply put, if the line is green, it’s time to buy; if it’s red, it’s time to sell!
