Theory:
Years ago, we introduced the Kalman filter (you can also check out the earlier version for MT4 here: Kalman filter). We’ve kept the name and added a twist—this version supports multiple timeframes.
Alongside the standard timeframes available in MetaTrader 5, this indicator features three additional "higher timeframes":
- First Higher Timeframe: The first timeframe above your current chart's timeframe.
- Second Higher Timeframe: The second timeframe above your current chart's timeframe.
- Third Higher Timeframe: The third timeframe above your current chart's timeframe.
Just a heads up: the color changes in the indicator are not merely based on its slope, but rather on the internal "velocity" that's calculated during its processing.
Usage:
One effective way to utilize this indicator is by monitoring the color changes as trading signals.
