Hey Traders,
Welcome to my first dive into MQL4! This isn’t a groundbreaking creation, but I’ve put together a handy tool that can be your "OMG, the market isn’t doing what I want!" button. Once you load this EA onto any chart (make sure Expert Advisors are disabled), you’ll be able to close ALL ORDERS, ONLY POSITIVE PROFIT ORDERS, or ONLY NEGATIVE PROFIT ORDERS.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- 1. This EA is NOT chart-specific. It will act on ALL OPEN ORDERS, not just the ones on the chart it’s loaded onto.
- 2. This EA is designed for manual traders. Keep the EA function disabled while it’s on the chart. If you enable it, any order you open will be closed immediately by the EA, giving the spread to your broker and causing you unnecessary frustration.
FEATURES I’D LIKE TO SEE ADDED:
If anyone has some spare time, I’m also working on enhancements to this EA during my learning journey. I’d love to add features like limits for closing orders on positive profits—essentially, a function that closes all orders once they exceed a selectable profit threshold (say, 100 pips). It would be like having an EA that applies a take profit across all open orders based on your set preferences.
