This expert advisor utilizes a simple 55-period moving average (SMA) to identify trading opportunities!
I recently decided to explore a new concept, although it’s still in its early stages and might not be foolproof.
However, it can serve as a solid "template" for beginners looking to customize their trading strategies. Just modify the strategy after the Check() function to make it your own.
It’s designed for quick testing since it employs a SMA (55) shift. The advisor trades from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the GBP/JPY M5 chart.
Recommendations:
- The advisor includes a trailing stop, but it’s not activated by default; make sure to enable it!
- Copy TrailingAll.mq4 to the Libraries folder, and 55 MA med FIN.mq4 to the Experts folder.
- Don’t forget to restart your terminal after making these changes.
