Understanding the Power of CHF with the Average Indicator
Version 229.201
This latest version of our Average Indicator offers a fresh perspective on the relative strength of the Swiss Franc (CHF). It's designed to help you gauge the CHF's performance in the market.
The zero line (0.0) reflects the average over a selected period, which you can adjust using the AveragePeriod variable.
This indicator analyzes the closing prices of seven currency pairs that include CHF, providing you with a comprehensive view of its strength.
To make your trading decisions easier, we've included a colored histogram that visually represents the market conditions.
You now have two modes to choose from:
TREND
COUNTER-TREND
If both the BASE and QUOTE currencies show the same color in equal mode, it's a strong signal that you're moving in the right trading direction.
Example 1 = BUY:
EUR/USD
When you select the TREND mode for both Power of EUR and Power of USD, if both indicators display a GREEN color, it’s a solid signal to BUY the EUR/USD pair.
Example 2 = SELL:
EUR/USD
In the same TREND mode for Power of EUR and Power of USD, if both indicators turn RED, be ready to SELL the EUR/USD pair.
