Welcome, fellow traders! Today, we’re diving into a powerful trading strategy that leverages the strengths of three key indicators: the Moving Average (MA), Relative Strength Index (RSI), and Stochastic Oscillator. This Expert Advisor is designed for MetaTrader 4 and can be tailored to suit your trading style.

First off, let’s break down the indicators:

  • MA(150): A simple moving average that serves as our trend direction.
  • RSI(3): This momentum oscillator calculates the speed and change of price movements, with critical levels set at 80 (overbought) and 20 (oversold).
  • Stochastic(6, 3, 3): Another momentum indicator that compares a particular closing price of a security to a range of its prices over a certain period, with levels set at 70 (overbought) and 30 (oversold).

Now, here’s how to use these indicators effectively:

1. Direction of Trade Entries

The direction for entering trades is based on the MA:

  • If the Bid price is greater than the MA, it’s a signal to consider buying.
  • If the Ask price is less than the MA, look for selling opportunities.

2. Entry Conditions

Once we’ve determined the direction, we enter trades based on the RSI and Stochastic conditions:

  • Buy when both RSI is below 20 and Stochastic is below 30.
  • Sell when RSI is above 80 and Stochastic is above 70.

3. Exiting Trades

Exiting trades can be managed using the Stochastic indicator:

Exiting in Profit:

  • If you set Trailing Stop to 0, close your position once Stochastic hits the opposite level, provided you're in profit.

Close if:

- Position is BUY and Stochastic > 70 while Open Price <= Bid
- Position is SELL and Stochastic < 30 while Open Price >= Ask

  • If you have a Trailing Stop set, you’ll want to trail your Stop Loss every time a new candlestick forms once Stochastic hits the opposite level. Keep in mind, a negative closure could happen if your Stop Loss doesn’t hit breakeven right away!

Exiting at a Loss:

  • If the allow Loss parameter is set to 0, close your position when Stochastic hits the opposite level while at a loss.

Close if:

- Position is BUY and Stochastic > 70 while Open Price > Bid
- Position is SELL and Stochastic < 30 while Open Price < Ask

  • If allow Loss is greater than 0, and the position is outside the entry zone by Stochastic while at a loss, close the position.

Close if:

- Position is BUY and Stochastic > 30 while Open Price - Bid >= allow Loss in points
- Position is SELL and Stochastic < 70 while Ask - Open Price >= allow Loss in points
