This EA generates trading signals at the close of a bar. When the JBrainTrend1Sig indicator gives a signal, and the UltraRSI indicator's cloud color matches, it’s game on! Similarly, a signal will trigger when the cloud color of the UltraRSI changes, aligning with the last signal from JBrainTrend1Sig. This means that these indicators filter each other, providing a robust trading strategy.
For those who like to mix things up, the JBrainSig1Filter and UltraRSIFilter are included. These filters allow you to use one of the indicators as a trading signal while the other serves as confirmation. It’s all about finding what works best for your trading style!
To get started, simply place the JBrainTrend1Sig.ex4 and UltraRSI.ex5 files in your terminal_data_folder/MQL5/Indicators directory.
In the tests conducted below, we used the default input parameters for the EA, and neither Stop Loss nor Take Profit settings were applied. Let’s dive into the results!
