If you’re looking to spice up your trading strategy, the Exp_KalmanFilter Expert Advisor could be just what you need. This EA operates on the KalmanFilter indicator, generating signals based on the color changes of the indicator line as each bar closes.
To get started, you’ll need the compiled indicator file KalmanFilter.ex5. Make sure to place it in your <terminal_data_folder>\MQL5\Indicators directory for the EA to function properly.
One great feature of this EA is its compatibility with brokers offering nonzero spreads. Thanks to the TradeAlgorithms.mqh library, you can set up your Stop Loss and Take Profit levels right as you open a position. During the tests showcased below, we utilized the default input parameters for the Expert Advisor. It's worth noting that we didn’t use Stop Loss or Take Profit in these tests.
