Hey fellow traders! Today, I want to dive into the Nevalyashka Breakdown Level strategy for MetaTrader 4, a nifty technique that's been making waves in our trading community.

This strategy revolves around trading breakouts—specifically, the maximum and minimum prices within a chosen time frame. To manage those pesky unprofitable trades, we employ a Martingale-style approach, increasing the lot size to recover losses.

TimeStart marks the beginning of our observation period, while TimeEnd indicates when we wrap things up. By selecting the right period, you can optimize your trading strategy.

Once you've identified the max price for the period, you set a buy order above that level. Conversely, if the price drops below the minimum, it’s time to sell. Place your stop loss at the opposite boundary of the period to safeguard your trades, while your take profit (TP) should reflect the height of the observation period.

Orders can be closed at specific times dictated by the advisor. You’ll want to pay attention to TimeCloseOrder, which determines when all orders will be closed.

If you set TimeCloseOrder to 0 or a value below TimeEnd, the orders will only close at the trailing stop level, excluding TimeCloseOrder. If you hit a loss, a new order will open with an increased lot size to help cover that loss. If you score a profit, the advisor will wait for the next period to kick in and repeat the process.

Keep an eye on the No_Loss parameter—this ensures you don’t take a loss when the order reaches half its profit. At that point, the stop loss is adjusted to the entry level of the open orders.

This Expert Advisor works wonders with brokers that have 4 or 5-digit quotes, but be cautious—it won’t function with brokers that restrict trailing stops on order openings.

Remember, the selected period corresponds to the time frame on your price chart. To truly succeed with this strategy, you’ve got to be on top of when price action might break through. Pay close attention to time-sensitive news and the opening sessions of the trading day.
