Hey fellow traders! If you’re looking to take your trading game to the next level, let me introduce you to Trailer+. As the name suggests, this Expert Advisor (EA) is all about trailing your positions effectively. It’s designed to help you lock in profits while minimizing risk.
How Trailer+ Works
Trailer+ utilizes fractals to manage trailing stops. Here’s the deal: if the EA doesn’t spot a fractal within a distance of 7 bars, it will trail based on the shadow of the third candlestick. This means you can keep your trades moving in the right direction without constantly monitoring them.
Key Features
- TP Adjustment: The Take Profit (TP) option allows the EA to adjust your TP level, so you can always stay in the game.
- Delete Non-Triggered Stops: The DelAllOrders option lets you wipe out all non-triggered stops currently in your terminal. If you only want to delete a specific stop order, the DelSelfOrders option has got you covered.
- Half-Automated Trading: This EA is perfect for traders who prefer half-automated trading with a maximum of two stop orders. Just launch the EA, place your BuyStop and SellStop orders wherever you want (without needing to set SL or TP), and you’re good to go!
Once you have Trailer+ up and running, you’ll notice two lines appear at the order prices. Simply drag these lines to move your orders around, giving you the flexibility to adapt as the market moves.
