Millennium Code: A Simplified Trading System for MetaTrader 4

The Millennium Code is a streamlined version of the original Millennium system that gained an impressive 54% return on a real account back in the summer of 2014. I’ve decided to release this simplified Code Base for free, albeit without some premium features.

This trading system operates on a straightforward principle: it opens just one trade per day. Last year, it consistently produced solid results on a real account throughout 2014. However, due to its high volatility, I’ve put it on the back burner for now. Essentially, the strategy hinges on the crossover of moving averages, where the current price must either be above or below these averages. A key condition is that the lowest or highest price of the last X bars should be on the opposite side of the new signal’s order type. For instance, as shown in the screenshot below, a BUY order is triggered when the lowest price of the last 20 bars is below both moving averages, the Fast MA crosses above the Slow MA, and the current price sits higher than both averages.

Optimization is highly recommended, and consider disabling trading on certain days of the week.
You can also experiment by combining different settings for various trading days (try optimizing for Monday, then Friday, and see what works best together).
