If you're looking to up your trading game, the Exp_RAVI_Histogram EA is a powerful tool that leverages the RAVI_Histogram oscillator for breakout trading. This system generates signals at the close of a bar when the indicator crosses the overbought level from below or the oversold level from above.
To get started, you’ll need the compiled indicator file RAVI_Histogram.ex5. Make sure to place it in your <terminal_data_folder>\MQL5\Indicators folder.
An important feature of this Expert Advisor is its compatibility with the TradeAlgorithms.mqh library. This allows you to trade with brokers offering nonzero spreads and set your Stop Loss and Take Profit right when you open a position. The default input parameters of the Expert Advisor were utilized during the testing phases detailed below. Notably, neither Stop Loss nor Take Profit was employed in these tests.
