Understanding Forex Market Hours
The Forex market is open for business 24/5, starting on Sunday at 5 PM EST (that’s 10 PM GMT). It wraps up the week on Friday at 5 PM EST (again, 10 PM GMT).
Trading Sessions by GMT:
The Forex Market Hours GMT v4.0 indicator is designed for local trading hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for most Forex markets. Just remember, in Tokyo, the hours shift to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
