Today, I want to share some insights about an aggressive semi-automated scalping EA that you can use on MetaTrader 4. If you’re looking to enhance your trading strategy, this might just be the ticket!
Here’s How to Get Started with This EA:
- Use it on the EURUSD and EURGBP 1-minute charts, although feel free to experiment with other pairs too!
- Before diving in, confirm the price direction manually on the 5-minute chart. Choose from Only Long, Only Short, or Short and Long in the MT4 Properties dialog for your EA.
- Close any open positions that are moving against the current trend.
Now, I’ll be honest with you—I’m not a coder by any stretch, but I know this is a counter-trend system, which isn’t exactly my go-to for trading. I’d recommend modifying the code to open orders based on the confirmation from two indicators of your choice. It’s also a good idea to set it up to automatically close any open positions that are headed in the opposite direction.
