Hey fellow traders! Today, let’s dive into an exciting trading system that leverages the XDeMarker Histogram Vol Direct indicator. This powerful tool generates trading signals based on the direction of the histogram, which is visually indicated when those five-pointed stars switch colors upon the close of a bar.
To ensure that your Expert Advisor (EA) functions correctly, make sure you’ve got the compiled XDeMarker_Histogram_Vol_Direct.ex5 file placed in your <terminal_data_directory>\MQL5\Indicators folder. It’s crucial for smooth operation!
In the tests I conducted, I used the default input parameters of the EA without stops. Check out the results below!
