This EA leverages two key indicators: Laguerre_PlusDi (shown in a separate window) and SilverTrend_Signal (featured on the main chart):
All optimization should be done in "1 minute OHLC" mode.
Step 1
Start by setting the Pass parameter to 1. This is crucial! During this phase, you’ll be optimizing specific parameters (check out the "Start", "Step", and "End" columns).
Step 2
Next, set the Pass parameter to 2. Make sure to uncheck all the parameters you optimized in Step 1. This time, you’ll optimize a new set of parameters (again, pay attention to the "Start", "Step", and "End" columns).
Step 3
Finally, set the Pass parameter to 3. Again, uncheck the parameters optimized in Step 2. In this step, you’ll be fine-tuning yet another set of parameters (don’t forget to keep an eye on the "Start", "Step", and "End" columns).
Once you’ve completed the optimization, keep the Pass parameter set to 3 and uncheck the parameters from Step 3. Your EA is now primed and ready for action!
